Chambers Hotel Minneapolis is an adaptive re-use project converting two downtown industrial masonry buildings into a boutique hotel, art gallery and Jean Georges restaurant. The hotel lobby serves as a prelude to the art gallery where the owner’s collection is on display. The open wedge shaped space between the two buildings is turned into a courtyard bar enclosed with glass on all sides creating a spectacle for viewing when activated.
