Partial renovation of the Garden and Parlor Floors of a two family brownstone in Sunset Park Brooklyn.  The key element of the design is to open up the Garden Floor and connect it to the garden, therefore bringing in more daylight. The kitchen on the Garden Floor and the Parlor level bathroom are completely renovated, and a new bathroom is added at the Garden Floor.
